Tilla completed a Diploma in Visual Arts through RMIT, graduate training in Community Development and Theology, and completed a Masters in Arts & Entertainment Management through Deakin University. She has extensive experience working on community arts and community-welfare related projects, events and festivals over the past 10 years, and an extensive mix of experience across community focused arts events with positive social and community building outcomes.
Tilla is currently the Visual Arts Coordinator at Burrinja Community Cultural Centre in the Dandenong Ranges. In this role she manages the gallery spaces and community arts projects such as the Dandenong Ranges Open Studios program and the Hillside Film Festival.
